Hi just wondering is it normal to have all round bell pains I've had them a little longer than 24 hours now and still having them I was up half the night as couldn't get comfortable is this normal or should I be worried I'm also havig a fever with this and headaches? Hi Orateng, At 16 weeks is can be difficult to find a heartbeat at such an early gestation as the baby is so small and your midwife should of reassured you of this before attempting to find your baby's heartbeat. My journey has been far from smooth That's when my whole world fell apart The situation was serious and I was admitted to hospital to have the tube removed including the foetus The whole time I was pregnant I was convinced something would go wrong They soon realised I was having an ectopic pregnancy. It is hard to tell with your irregular cycles but the sonographer will measure your baby and give you a due date and current gestation based on this measurement.
